Terms of Service for Campfire Crossing

These Terms of Service govern your use of Campfire Crossing, published under the Phaseframe Studios brand. By creating an account or using the game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Campfire Crossing.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Campfire Crossing. If applicable law requires it, you must obtain permission from a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for activity from your account. You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate others. You may not sell or transfer your account, access accounts without authorization, circumvent security measures, or engage in automated abuse or disruption of the service.

You agree not to:

• Threaten or harass others
• Promote violence
• Share highly sensitive private information about others
• Engage in hate-based abuse
• Sexually exploit or endanger minors
• Run scams or commit fraud
• Spam or manipulate the service
• Circumvent moderation or blocks
• Engage in illegal activity

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, display, transmit, and process your content only as needed to operate, moderate, secure, and provide the service. We may refuse, remove, restrict, or moderate content that violates these terms.

Automated systems evaluate certain user-generated content, and content may be blocked before publication. These systems can make mistakes. If you believe a moderation or account action was made in error, contact support@campfirecrossing.com.

You can report and block other users. Possible enforcement includes content restrictions, account restrictions, temporary suspension, and permanent suspension. We are not obligated to disclose internal moderation decisions or actions taken against another user.

Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store, and Apple payment terms apply. Virtual items have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and are not transferable outside Campfire Crossing unless explicitly allowed. We may reasonably alter virtual items to maintain and balance the game. Consumable items may be used up. Non-consumable items may be restorable. Refunds and billing issues are handled through Apple where applicable.

Campfire Crossing is an evolving online game. We may add, remove, adjust, or rebalance features, items, systems, events, rewards, store offerings, and campfire mechanics. We will not intentionally remove a paid entitlement deceptively. The service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, outages, or other causes.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or the Community Guidelines, abuse, fraud, interference with the service, safety risks, or violations of law. You may delete your own account at any time in-app.

The artwork, characters, game systems, interface, audio, logos, writing, software, and branding of Campfire Crossing are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them except as legally permitted or with our permission.

Campfire Crossing is provided "as available" to the extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Nothing in these terms waives rights that cannot be waived.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of Campfire Crossing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. No exclusion applies where such an exclusion would be unlawful.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Campfire Crossing after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.
